We want every purchase to be one you're proud of. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in the same condition as received — unaltered, undamaged, and in its original packaging where applicable.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of shipment.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Reach out before shipping anything back so we can confirm availability and coordinate the swap.

Email us before sending anything back. Include your order details and the reason for the return and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
